Zacadia Hierarchical Structure

Zacadia is lead by a Board of Trustees (BoT) consisting of 5 members who are the founding members of the organization. The Board of Trustees has a Chairman, a Treasurer and a Secretary. The Management Team is run by a Managing Director who is a member of the Board of Trustees with no voting power.
